RE/FRAME in Action:
When you’ve outgrown the box you put yourself in.🙃
I almost didn’t realize I was doing it.
Somewhere along the way, I boxed myself in.
My site had become all Human Design, all the time—which, yes, I love. It’s powerful work, and it’s helped my clients and myself make major shifts, in life and biz.
But something felt...off.
Heavy.
Like I’d closed off parts of myself I used to enjoy sharing.
Truth is, I missed the IT and web work.
I missed flexing that strategic, nerdy, no-bullshit side of me that knows how to build just as well as I guide.
So I pulled my head out of my ass, and gave myself permission to break out of my own box—that I put myself in. 🙃
I rewrote the site—hell, I ripped that fucker apart—in three days 🙌
I restructured the flow.
I brought all of me back in—the coach, the consultant, the designer, the systems nerd, and the sassiness.
And you know what? It feels lighter. More me.
💡 The RE/FRAME:
Sometimes we build beautiful things that no longer fit.
That’s not failure—it’s growth.
You’re allowed to pivot.
You’re allowed to change your mind.
And you’re definitely allowed to expand.
So tell me—What box have you outgrown lately?
📌 Here’s your permission slip:
Update your brand, your offers, your identity—hell, your entire business if needed—if it no longer fits who you are right now.
You’re not flaky. You’re evolving.

I literally was doom scrolling Substack and I saw the "head up the ass" image, laughed, and then moved on. Then opened up this email to read your (always good) Substack, and died laughing because OF COURSE this image was your sub. Hahah. You always have the best take on things. I love your Subs. Also, you always have so many good nuggets, but this today was the creme de la creme:
You’re allowed to pivot.
You’re allowed to change your mind.
